Course Directions
1. Take the path from the parking lot to the C&O canal towpath
2. Head either west (left), or east (right) on towpath
3. Turn around after 5 miles (more or less, as desired)
(or turn around after 2.5 and go beyond the start another 2.5 and turn around)
4. Return to the starting point (where the path takes you back to the parking lot)
