Because of ice and snow, Sunday's 2/8 run and walk will start from Reston Town Center by the PR Run & Walk store. Loops can be down around RTC (Bluemont Way, Town Center Parkway, New Dominion Parkway, Fountain Drive, Freedom Drive, and Presidents Street).
