Women’s Training Program Weekly Workouts
Congratulations on making the commitment to focus on fitness! While our Monday night educational programs and workouts are important, to truly gain fitness you will need to keep moving during the week. Our coaches have put together weekly workouts that focus on building from the Monday night session. Rest or cross training days are built into the schedule. It is important to take those rest days so your body can recover. Try to follow the schedule as closely as possible. You may switch workout days to better fit your schedule. And don’t worry if you miss a few. Life happens. Just dive back in again when you can!
