New COVID Executive Order from Governor Northam.        On Friday November 13, Governor Northam issued an updated list of coronavirus precautions and restrictions that go into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Monday November 16, 2020. You can read the full text of the order here.    Of particular importance to us is that, after the weekend of November 14-15, we will once again need to restrict the size of any group of runners or walkers to 25. As a result the Club Thanksgiving event is cancelled.
