1. Head toward the Wiehle Avenue end of the commuter lot.
2. Cross Sunset Hills Road. Be alert when crossing the streets and entryways between Sunset Hills and Sunrise Valley Drive.
3. Use the triangular island to cross Sunrise Valley Drive. Turn left on sidewalk along Sunrise Valley.
4. At Upper Lake Drive turn right.
5. Turn left onto path going into woods opposite Great Meadow Drive.
6. Cross Headlands Circle. Continue on path through woods.
7. Cross Upper Lake Drive (again) to continue on asphalt path past swimming pool on right, then along Sunrise Valley Drive.
8. Turn right at Lakeport Way. Cross parking area, jogging left to follow path between houses and white railings and down the hill towards Lake Thoreau.
9. Pass lake on right and ay Y intersection, go right.
10. Cross road to stay on path going past marker #3.
11. At next Y go to the left of the blue railing and bear left to follow the sidewalk clockwise around the shopping center.
12. After Safeway, bear right and then left onto asphalt path which goes through the tunnel under South Lakes Drive.
13. At T, go left. Path soon goes down a long, steep hill behind Thoreau Place Senior Citizens’ condo.
14. Stay on path and cross Barton Hill Road. At tennis courts turn left.
15. Cross Cross School Road.
16. At W&OD Trail, turn left to cross Sunrise Valley Drive.
17. Continue on W&OD Trail across Sunset Hills Road.
18. Cross Wiehle Avenue ((you’ll see the fire station across Wiehle). Immediately turn left, then right and you’ll be back at the commuter lot.
