Use the following time allotments as a guideline to get to the station's location, setup the station and, as applicable, continue to the S/F station assuming you start at Reston Pkwy at the Dulles Access Rd:

• S/F station - 20 minutes
• 2nd station - 35 minutes

Use the following time allotments after the run's start as a guideline to clear the  station:

• S/F station - 120 minutes
• 2nd station - 72 minutes

The S/F station is located at the southern end of HWVC's parking lot, west of the gas station located at the corner of Colts Neck Rd & Glade Drive. It may be used 2 times (at 0/10 miles).

1. Take Reston Pkwy south and turn left (east) on South Lakes Dr.
2. Turn right (south) to Colts Neck Dr. Turn left (east) to HWVC and proceed towards the Hollywood Video Store.
3. Set the water station in the parking lot about 100 yards east of the store.

The 2nd station is located on the W&OD trail by the pond east of Old Reston Avenue.

1. Take Reston Pkwy north and turn right (east) on Sunset Hills Blvd.
2. Turn left on Old Reston Ave (1st left).
3. Turn right to the parking lot area along the W&OD trail.
4. Put the water on one of the picnic tables along the pond.

1. Turn right (west) to Sunset Hills Blvd.
2. Turn left (south) to Reston Pkwy then use the directions to the start/finish station.

Use the following time allotments as a guideline to get to the station's location, setup the station and, as applicable, continue to the S/F station assuming you start at Reston Pkwy at the Dulles Access Rd:

• S/F station - 15 minutes
• 2nd station - 35 minutes

Use the following time allotments after the run's start as a guideline to clear the  station:

• S/F station - 120 minutes
• 2nd station - 60 minutes

The S/F station is located at the RSCL at the E corner of Reston Pkwy and Fox Mill Rd. It may be used 2 times (at 0/10 miles).

1. Take Reston Pkwy south, cross Glade Dr and Colts Neck Rd and turn left (east) to the RSCL at Fox Mill Rd.
2. Proceed right followed by an immediate left and set the water station at the N side of the parking lot.

The 2nd station is located at the NW corner of Sunrise Valley Dr and the W&OD trail. It may be visited 1 time (~4.5 miles)

1. Take Reston Pkwy (Rt 602) south and turn left (east) on Sunrise Valley Dr.
2. Go passed South Lake Dr. After the W&OD trail make a u-turn and return to the W&OD trail
3. Set the station along the trail at the NE corner of the intersection.

1. Go west on Sunrise Valley Dr and turn left (south) on South Lakes Dr.
2. Proceed on South Lakes Dr to Reston Pkwy turn left (south) and follow the directions to the S/F water station

Use the following time allotments as a guideline to get to the station's location, setup the station and, as applicable, continue to the S/F station assuming you start at Reston Pkwy at the Dulles Access Rd:

• S/F station - 15 minutes
• 2nd station - 35 minutes

Use the following time allotments after the run's start as a guideline to clear the  station:

• S/F station - 120 minutes 10M Course; 140 minutes 12M Course
• 2nd station - 70 minutes 10M Course; 96 minutes 12M Course

The S/F station is located at 11950 Walnut Branch, the parking lot of Autumnwood Pool. It will be used twice (at 0/12 miles).

1. Take Reston Pkwy north and cross Baron Cameron Ave.
2. Turn left at Benington Wood Rd.
3. Turn right to Walnut Branch Rd.
4. Turn cross Grey Squirrel Lane and proceed to the Autumwood Pool parking lot on the right.

The 2nd station is located along the W&OD trail on one of the picnic tables situated East of of Wiehle Ave and facing the Pizza Hut parking lot. It will be used twice (at ~ 3.5/8 miles).

1. Take Reston Pkwy north and make a right (east) at Sunset Hills Rd.
2. Make a left (north) to Wiehle Ave and an immediate right (east) to the Pizza Hut's parking lot.
3. Place the coolers on top of one of the picnic tables along the trail.

1. Return back to the intersection of Sunset Hills Rd and Reston Pkwy.
2. Turn right (North) on Reston Pkwy and follow the directions above to the S/F station.
