The eight-session Women's Training Program is for women who want to begin a new exercise routine or get back into exercising. This website contains important information for participants including a weekly message, raining tips, and program schedule.We are looking forward to another great season with a group of enthusiastic women interested in being fit!. Remember that we meet at South Lakes High School in the cafeteria rain or shine (but we're planning on sunshine!). We will get started promptly at 6:30 p.m., get essential details, enjoy our guest speaker, then get outside by 7 p.m. for our workouts.
