Directions:

1. This is a self-starting run. Run as much or little as you would like on the W&OD as you would like. We recommend any multiple of 5 miles up to 15 miles maximum. Note, the start location on the trail is half way between mile-posts 15.5 and 16.

Notes:

Only the S/F water station at SVES parking lot will be available.

In the east direction (towards Vienna), you will find the following water sources: By the train depot station, east of mile-post 12 just passed Ayr Hill Ave. On the north side of the trail by mile-post11.5, at Whole Food, just east of Maple Rd.

In the west direction (towards Herdon) you will find the following water sources: In front of the town hall building (Elden & W&OD near mile-post 20). On the golf course just west of Herndon Parkway (on the north side of the trail, east of mile-post 21).
